Mobile Engineering Showcase

From a business idea to an app your customers use every day.

We design and build Flutter apps for iOS and Android, and connect them to your backend systems and business operations — from idea to launch.

The introductory session is free. Detailed analysis, technical reports and the roadmap are provided under a separate quote.

Engineering

Six engineering layers behind every screen

These are the working parts of a Flutter app project. During analysis we agree with each client which of them the project needs.

User Experience

An experience that starts with the user, not the screen

We map the user journey before writing code: what the user wants to get done, and in how many steps. Then we design the interfaces for Arabic first (RTL), with English (LTR) where needed.

  • Screen wireframes before the final design
  • Interfaces that adapt to phone and tablet sizes
  • Design approved with you before development starts

Flutter Architecture

One structure for two platforms

We build the app in Flutter from one codebase that runs on iOS and Android, and split it into clear layers so it stays maintainable and ready for new features.

  • Interface layer
  • App logic layer
  • Data layer

State & Data Management

App state under control

We organize how screen data changes and when it refreshes, in a way that can be traced and tested. Where the project requires it, we keep what is needed on the device so the app works on a weak connection.

  1. A user event
  2. State update
  3. Interface redraw

Backend Integration

The app talks to your systems

The app connects to the server through REST APIs to read and send data, with sign-in, permissions, error handling and handling of lost connections.

  • Sign-in and role permissions
  • Reading and sending data
  • Handling errors and lost connections

Native Device Capabilities

Device features when needed

We use device features when the project needs them, after assessing how to implement them during analysis.

  • Notifications
  • Camera
  • Location
  • Payment through the contracted gateway

Testing & Deployment

Tested before release, then the stores

We test the features on iOS and Android devices and review the app speed before release, then publish it to the App Store and Google Play.

  • Feature testing on devices
  • Performance review
  • Publishing to the App Store and Google Play

Development of the Masrof smartphone app for iOS and Android, delivering school e-wallet services through an easy-to-use interface.

App features as recorded in the project

  • E-walletManaging the balance allocated to school pocket money.
  • Balance top-upTopping up the wallet using the supported payment methods, including mada, Visa, and Apple Pay according to the app's published description.
  • Purchase trackingEnabling parents to view their children's purchase transactions.
  • Products and pricesDisplaying information about the available products and their prices.
  • Cross-platform experienceMaking the app available to iPhone and Android users.

Systems Integration

One request's journey from the user's hand to your systems

The value of a business app lies in what it connects to. Follow what happens when a user taps a button.

  1. 01 — Flutter AppFlutter

    The app

The user orders, pays or looks something up from the app screen.

  2. 02 — APIREST API

    The interface

Carries the request to the server in a standard format after checking the user's identity.

  3. 03 — BackendLaravel

    Business logic

Applies your business rules: permissions, prices and order states.

  4. 04 — DatabaseMySQL

    The database

Stores the transaction and returns it when asked.

  5. 05 — Business SystemsOdoo ERP

    Business systems

The request reaches inventory, accounting or the system you run your business on, when connected.

Services connected through the server when the project needs them

  • The payment gateway the client contracts with
  • Notifications
  • Your existing systems, through the interfaces they offer

Not every project needs all of these stations. We define what yours needs during analysis.

Delivery Journey

Six stations from idea to launch

How an app project usually runs, and what each station produces.

  1. Discovery

    Discovery and requirements

We understand the app's goal and its users and document what it must do.

    Typical deliverables

    • Requirements document
    • Written scope of work
  2. Product Design

    Product and UX design

Screen wireframes, then the final design for review and approval.

    Typical deliverables

    • Screen wireframes
    • Final design
  3. Architecture

    Architecture and planning

We define the app's structure, the integrations and the delivery stages.

    Typical deliverables

    • App structure
    • Integration plan
    • Delivery stages
  4. Flutter Development

    Flutter development and integration

We build the app and connect it to the server in stages you can try.

    Typical deliverables

    • Trial builds in stages
    • App connected to the server
  5. QA

    Quality assurance and device testing

We test the features on iOS and Android devices before release.

    Typical deliverables

    • Test results
    • Release-ready build
  6. Launch & Support

    Launch and support

Publishing to the stores, then maintenance and updates under the agreed support plan.

    Typical deliverables

    • The app on the App Store and Google Play
    • The agreed support plan

Illustrative examples. Each project's stages and actual deliverables are set in the agreed scope of work and contract.

FAQ

Before you start your app project

Didn't find your question? Contact us

How much does it cost to develop a mobile app?

It depends on the scope: the number of screens, features, integrations and the admin panel. After analysing the requirements we send a written quote that sets out the scope, the stages and the cost. Published app packages are on the pricing page.

How long does app development take?

It varies with the size of the app and its integrations. We set a written timeline once the scope is agreed; estimated durations for the published packages are on the pricing page.

Why Flutter rather than native development for each platform?

Flutter lets us build the iOS and Android app from one codebase, which shortens development and maintenance and gives a consistent experience on both platforms. If your project needs a platform-specific feature, we assess how to implement it during analysis.

Who owns the app's code?

Ownership of the code and the rights to use it are set out in writing in the contract before work begins; they vary with the type of project and what is agreed. We make this clear in the quote.

Can the app be connected to a system we already have?

In most cases yes; it depends on the interfaces (APIs) or data-exchange methods your system offers. We assess this during analysis, before committing to the integration scope.

Do you publish the app to the stores?

Yes, we publish the app to the App Store and Google Play. Publishing accounts and each store's requirements are agreed with you as part of the scope.

What about maintenance and support after launch?

We provide maintenance and updates after launch under the agreed support plan. Support plan details are on the pricing page.
