Questions before you start
Do we need a lot of data to get started?
It depends on the solution. An assistant that answers from your company documents needs well-organised documents more than historical data, while sales forecasting needs a reasonable sales history. We assess this in the data and feasibility stage, before you commit to a build.
How much does an AI project cost?
It varies with the solution, the data and the integrations involved. The introductory session is free; after that we quote each stage separately, so you know the cost before you begin.
Can the solution connect to Odoo or our existing systems?
Usually yes, when the system offers APIs or another secure way to exchange data. We check this during the feasibility stage and are clear about what can and cannot be connected.
Do you guarantee a specific improvement or saving?
No. The results of an AI solution depend on data quality and how it is used. That is why we agree measures with you, test them in a limited pilot and decide on scaling based on what the pilot actually shows.
How do you handle our company's data privacy?
Before we start, we agree which data is used, where it is processed and stored and who can access it, and we document this in the proposal. Sensitive data is never sent to an external service without your approval.
